Strategic Planning Manager
Main responsibilities:
-Develop strategic objectives, Vision, Mission and values
.-Develop strategic objectives, Vision, Mission and values
-Develop evaluation criteria and strategy key performance indicators.
-Evaluate strategies in terms of economic, environmental, social and political aspects.
-Lead the development of the business plan and the departmental strategies.
-Develop OSHA 18000 system for inventory and cement operation.
-Develop ISO 9001 for commercial and manufacturing operations.
-Assist in researches and market studies.
Successful candidate must have:
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Engineering Management. MBA is a plus.
-At least 7 years of experience in developments field in the Palestinian private companies (service and manufacturing).
-Recognized experience in Strategic Planning and Construction Sector.
-Strong communication skills in Arabic/English.
-Ability to write clearly business plans, TOR and technical reports in Arabic & English
-Highly Proficient in MS Office.
