Customer Care Supervisor-Handset Ref. No (HR-CCS-1)
Role Summary: The Customer Care Supervisor is responsible to ensure that every member of customer care team deals with customers in the right way, as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing excellent service, and making sure other members of customer care agents present the same positive and helpful image.
-Bachelor’s degree in Management or a degree in any equivalent field;
-Approximately 3-5 years of customer care experience;
-Strong knowledge in customer satisfaction methodology;
-Good command of English language;
-High negotiations skills.
