Warranty Administrator-Handset     Ref. No (HR-WA-1)

Location: Ramallah Office

Role Summary: 
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for reviewing and completing warranty claims. This includes preparing, recording, reconciling warranty claims and submitting them to the appropriate party.

Job Requirements:
-Diploma in Administration or a suitable combination of related work experience and education is an asset.
-A minimum of 2 years office administration experience is required.
-Good computer and customer service skills.
