مدير المشروع - دار كلية جامعة كلمة للفنون والثقافة - بيت لحم

Dar al Kalima University College of Arts and Culture is looking for a Project Manager in “Tourism
Management” who will perform following duties:
-Manage the realization of the project outputs.
-Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.
-Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
-Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to management.
-Lead in a supportive role to facilitate effective meetings of varied stakeholders.
-Delegate tasks appropriately, monitor progress and report on a regular basis.
-Estimate and develop accurate project budgets and tracks funding.
-Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders keeping their needs and requirements in
view.
-Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to independently prioritize tasks and
focus on multiple projects simultaneously while being able to provide project status updates at
a moment’s notice.
-Provide guidance and expertise to project stakeholders.

Competencies:
Excellent English, project management, delegation, teamwork, leadership, planning /organizing,
customer service and comfort in inter cultural dealing.

Qualifications:
MA Degree in Tourism, business administration or any other related field.
Preferably three years experience in project management, Tourism and academic experience.

Communication skills:
Verbal/Nonverbal-Written skills-Presentation skills

Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Products
Proficient in all programs necessary to perform the everyday duties of this position

Desired skills: PMP
Location: Bethlehem
Duration: duration of contract 12 months with possibility of extension up to December 2015.
