qualified candidates for the post of:
Site Engineer-“Emergency Funded Post”
1-Vacancy No. : 128/2013/X
2-Duty Station : Field Office Jerusalem
3-Department : Job Creation Programme (JCP)
4-Basic Salary : Starting from 712.9JD (and exchange rate adjustment) + that varies in
accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
Other fringe benefits include provident fund & health insurance.
5-Allowances : Family Allowances payable up to 7 children and spouse.
An allowance of 1000 NIS payable in JD at UNRWA rate.
6-Qualifications:
-University degree in civil/structural engineering or equivalent.
-Six years' experience after professional qualification including 4 years on site experience.
-Effective communication skills in written and spoken English and Arabic
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
-Possession of or ability to obtain a driving license in West Bank.
OTHER NOTES:
-Preference will be given to Internal Staff.
-Internal candidate is requested to mention that he/she is an internal staff.
-Selected candidate will be offered a three months contract extendable based on:
a)Availability of fund.
b)Incumbent performance.
c)The continued need of the post.
-Appointment to this post is subject to probationary period of six months if the post is extended.
Upon satisfactory completion of this period and the above three conditions, appointment will be
confirmed.
