Job Title: Operational Officer
Location: Gaza Office

A leading ISP in Gaza is looking for a dynamic and creative Operational Officer with excellent conceptual, analytical, and coordination skills to oversee the implementation of the company programs. The Operational Officer will be based in Gaza office.

Position Duties
1-Implements and manages daily operations of the company programs.
2-Contribute to the building and maintaining of partnerships with local business and industry leaders.
3-Maintain strong relationships with local media and coordinate local public relations initiatives.
4-Assures program quality, and expansion.
5-Participate in planning, and monitoring of the company activities.

Personnel Requirements
1-Relevant university degree.
2-2 years experience in youth-related programming.
3-Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
4-Experience in public relations and working with the media.
5-Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
6-Advanced computer skills
7-Proven project design, planning, bidding, documentation, monitoring, and report-writing skills
8-Ability to work in a team and under pressure
