World Vision is an international Christian humanitarian aid agency working with the most marginalized and poor
communities of the world.
World Vision Jerusalem-West Bank-Gaza is seeking a:
Administration Assistant - Hebron

The successful candidate will:
Process incoming telephone calls and incoming/outgoing correspondence
Coordinate the purchase of office supplies and other miscellaneous items
Assist the Finance Officer with vehicle administration for the ADP
Liaise with suppliers and other external parties on products/services for office needs
Assist the office with other administration/logistical support as required

Qualifications/Requirements
Diploma in office administration or secretarial services
Minimum 2 year’s related experience
Good written and spoken English; fluency in written and spoken Arabic
Committed to achieving quality results and service and ability to multi-task
Ability to communicate information effectively
Proven experience in building collaborative relationships
Dynamic and pro-active in meeting needs in a changing environment
Self-disciplined with good time-management skills
Willing to learn and develop in the role
Discretion and positive team spirit
Valid driver’s license preferred
Integrity and commitment to World Vision mission, vision, and core values
Position is based in Hebron
