Duties and Responsibilities:
Corporate Network planning, design, optimise, Implementation and troubleshoot in West bank & Gaza :
Current IT network devices and connectivity.
New network & IT expansions (Data Centre and Server Farm).
Head office building and Service Centres network & users’ connectivity.
Administration of Corporate Network Segments :
Local Area Network (LAN) for devices within the Head Office building.
Server Farm Switches and network connectivity for devices connected to them.
Distribution & Access layer Switches connectivity (Building campus network for users used switches).
Core & Aggregation Switches connectivity.
WAN Edge routers and their redundancy, routing protocols and used links.
Internet Edge Routers with links to external Service providers and their routing.
Internet links and connectivity and live provided services (External) Firewalls.
DMZ network connectivity and access restriction from to it.
   

Administration and management of provided Corporate Network services:
Network Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) systems administration.
LAN Access authentication and troubleshooting.
Application/Servers load balancers and load balancing service provided by it.
Wi-Fi Unified system administration and troubleshooting:
Wireless network centralised management solution.
Wireless access points connectivity.
Wireless users connectivity.
Server Farm and Perimeter Firewalls administration and securing, and provide protection and policies for the servers.
VPN Systems solution and connectivity administration and support including:
Corporate Employees Access (Users VPN solution).
Business Access for (Dealers, Banking Systems and Co-Partners).
Third parties services -IP-IP Tunnels- (VAS, Billing and Banking).
Corporate Internet connectivity including Proxies, Caching, Content Filtering Administration, Content Monitoring, Users activates and provides support for users accessing the internet.
Business Internet services systems Administration (Reverse Proxy) and protection from external access toward our services.
Intrusion Detection & Prevention (IDP) system administration, monitoring, upgrades and reviewing.
SSL Access and certificates management, installation and troubleshooting.
Network Management and status monitoring including Alarms, events monitoring, reporting, systems and configurations backup.
IP Telephony System administration and troubleshooting.
Planning for implementation of Tele Presence, Right Fax and Digital Signage solutions.
Design and implementation of End-to-End security systems.
Security Alarms (threads and vulnerabilities) tracking, monitoring, reporting and reviewing.
Following up with company’s new projects in field of IT network and new plans.
Follow up with IT network infrastructure preparation, installation and connections.
Administrate Manage multi-vendor devices such as (Cisco, Juniper, Blue Coat and HP).
Follow up with external support companies and open support tickets with external teams.
Accountable for Network configuration documentation, standard and procedures.
Managing Voice Mail and E-fax.
Responsible for CCTV System.
Responsible for Access Control System.
Responsible for Time Attendance System.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree Computer Science/Computer Engineer.
Minimum 3 years of experience in networking or related field.
CCNA certificate is a must, CCNP is plus.
Strong Knowledge on VOIP Technology and Systems.

Skills & Qualifications:
Good Knowledge of computer networks fundamentals, standards, devices and operations
Ability to work with others as a team member.
Ability to work under pressure and stress conditions.
Ability in resources management and well usage.
Ability to learn new things fast and accurate.
Ability to develop a clear understanding of the company’s key functional processes and resources.
Ability to work 24/7 and in night.
Ability to follow up with external support/vendors and open support tickets with them.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of Cisco network devices & routing protocols.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written
