Administrative assistant for Planning for Development
It is a full-time job. Candidate will be actively participating in the development of university strategic plans, quality assurance activities, gather and analyse data, writing reports and developing statistics, administering
activities and meetings, implement- ing training programs and workshops, and participating in total quality management.

Minimum Requirements:
-B.A or Master Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Management Information System.
-Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in Strategic Planning, Quality Assurance, and Auditing
-Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
-Strong team player with excellent life skills
-Fluency in English and Arabic
-Computer skills
-Works ef ciently under stress

Administrative assistant for Projects Coordination
Hebron University (HU) has received a grant from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, funded by the World Bank and a grant From the EU (Erasmus+) project. These projects are running in College of Education - HU.

Assignment Objective:
HU is considering the selection of highly quali ed Administrative Assistant responsible for the overall implementation of Col- lege of Education projects activities under the supervision of the Project Director.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Administrative assistant is responsible for coordinating all activities relating to the following tasks:
-Ensure the successful implementation of the projects through preparing project implementation plan and providing ad-
equate following up for the project activities.
-Managing  finnancial issues and preparing procurement plan,  financial reports in compliance with donor’s regulations and
 nance of ce regulations.
-Preparation of progress reports as required.
-Evaluation and monitoring of project progress at all stages of the project.
-Coordinating and organizing project workshops, meetings, conferences, study visits, etc.
-Assisting project director in issuing contracts, letters of intent, purchase orders, worksheets, etc.
-Maintaining contract execution tracking Log and assisting in project data gathering and analysis.
-Keeping the project director and board informed about project status and issues that may impact project implementation.

Minimum Requirements:
-At lease BA Degree in Project Management, or other related  elds.
-Effective communication skills, proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment.
-Minimum of two years of professional experience in coordinating similar projects.
-Excellent communication and networking skills.
-Excellent reporting and formal writing skills in both English and Arabic.
-Excellent technical, interpersonal and administrative skills.
-Budgeting and Computer Skills.

Place of work: College of Education
Salary and Compensations: $1200/month with no benefitts
Contract Type: Time-Based contract, initial contract for one year (12 months; 5 days / week, 8 hours per day)
