Call for Tender for Transportation Services

Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all

related vehicle rental and transportation services companies & suppliers to participate in the following Tenders:
    

1-033 –Transportation Services


The following conditions apply:
-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.
-Tender documents can be obtained starting from Wednesday 9 Oct. 2013 up to 24 Oct. 2013 no later than 04:00pm during official working hours, from 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.
-The Tender documents must be delivered before 1:00 PM on Thursday 24 October 2013, at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The documents will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps committee and in presence of companies representatives.
-The committee is not obligated to contract with the lowest prices.
