Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an independent humanitarian medical aid organization committed to

two objectives: providing medical aid whenever needed, regardless of race, religion, politics or gender,

and raising awareness of the plight of the people who helps. MSF is working in more than 70 countries all around the world.

MSF-Spain is currently seeking to identify:

4 MEDICAL DOCTORS

for its stand-by Emergency Response Pool in Hebron district and to attend

a one-week training on medical emergency response

Description of the post:

MSF Spain is forming a pool of medical doctors available upon request for short-term collaborations.

Those doctors will be remunerated for a week to receive training by an experienced MSF medical staff.

Later on, these doctors should be available to work with MSF Spain for short periods, upon request, in case of emergency.

Requirements:

-Education: Essential diploma of Medicine. Desirable: post-training in emergencies and outreach interventions.

-Essential experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience.

-Desirable experience: Emergency Room, Out Patient Department, NGOs, mobile clinics/outreach

interventions, nursing tasks, “hands on” medical procedures, trauma and basic surgical procedures.

-Languages: English and Arabic essential (oral and written).

-Availability: Essential. For few weeks, upon request, on short notice.
